Because simple joys require hard work.
So thanks for stopping by.
Whether you catch up on gardening tips, enjoy some making-your-own-maple-syrup how-tos, or glean a few insights into the joys and difficulties of caring for farm animals, … whether you enjoy musings about a two-centuries-old farmhouse, or obtain a little parenting or homeschool insight from this momma who’s been failing at the effort for almost 2 decades… my goal is to keep things simple and encourage you. Because simple joys require hard work; we need all the encouragement we can get.
Oh, and please feel free to look around, while you’re here. Glance at my posts about all I’m learning as a homesteader, as an owner of a 2-century-old farmhouse, as a maple syrup maker, and homeschool mom. Or check out some of my posts that have yummy home-baked recipes.
