Stop back soon and this page will list all the important blogging tools, but for now those two resources cover a lot and here are some of my favorite tools of the trade as well:

A little more info about my camera and phone: my Nikon 5300 has a flip out screen that’s invaluable if you ever need to get video of yourself, so you can see what you’re filming.

Then I highly recommend a few add-on lenses. While the camera comes with a fantastic lens, my favorite Nikon purchase when I was ready to treat myself was my 50mm lens. This is the one I use the most for photos here on the blog and on social media.

I’ll also grab my 35mm if I need a larger angle; if I want to shoot a youtube video of me talking to the camera, my arm just isn’t long enough to use my 50 mm lens.

Then for long-distance shots I love the images I can get with my telephoto zoom lens.

But I always have my google pixel in my pocket, so sometimes those are the photos I share too and I use it every day for ig stories.
