It’s the most common question I get asked about my book.

“Do you sell your syrup?”

As an author of a book all about maple syrup, I guess it’s a reasonable question. And who doesn’t love real, genuine, all-natural maple syrup, right? Especially if you know exactly where it came from.

While we don’t sell our own maple syrup (or maple sugar) that we make here on our New England homestead, you can bet your bottom dollar I know a few awesome folks who DO! And I’m always happy to share their info with my readers.

I’ve tried a lot of syrup and yummy byproducts made with all-natural syrup. And I’ve worked with many companies, venders, and families over the years. The links on this page represent my favorite options for all of the above.

How to choose what syrup you will purchase

For the best syrup and maple products (think maple cotton candy, y’all) you want to know your source. If you choose to just pick up a jar of syrup off a store shelf, be sure it is labeled 100% all-natural syrup, made only from 100% all-natural sap. Believe it or not, many companies go to a lot of effort to convince you that their artificial, processed syrup is the real deal. You have to look at the fine print (aka the ingredient list) to know the truth.

Also keep in mind that your store syrup may represent a combined amount of sap from hundreds of different vendors, all shipped to a large processing sugarhouse.

These products listed here are all from family-run sugarhouses, using their own sap they’ve collected from their own trees. For quality and taste you can rely on, go with what you know.

Oh, and go here for a copy of Sweet Maple. That’s an affiliate link to purchase the book through Amazon. But you can also find it where ever books are sold. Go here for a peek inside the book and glance at what folks are saying about it. And be sure to claim your bonus offers that come with every Sweet Maple purchase while you’re there!

The best maple syrup to use for baking

If you’ve glanced at my book, Sweet Maple, you know I am a huge fan of baking with maple syrup. (I highly recommend it, my friend.)

If you want to dive into this delicious way to bake, or if you purchased a copy of Sweet Maple and can’t wait to whip up every one of the maple-infused recipes–from sweet to savory–rest easy that you can save lots of money by buying your syrup at bulk pricing.

You see, I have an incredible friend who has figured out how to offer the most delicious syrup at the best prices I’ve found anywhere. If you choose Tim’s XXL (128 ounce, or 1 gallon) option, your cost is drastically cut, compared to stocking up on those average-sized, not-as-great-tasting bottles you’ll find at a food store.

If you’d like to take advantage of bulk rates on amazingly delicious all-natural maple syrup, I can’t recommend anyone higher than Tim, aka “The Maple Dude”–> Click here to order all-natural maple syrup at bulk pricing.

Wood-fired maple syrup

If you’d like to taste wood-fired maple syrup made the way it’s always been made for centuries, well you won’t find a taste better than this (or a family nicer to order from!)–> Click here to order some wood-fired maple syrup from my friends, the Plante family (featured in Sweet Maple, and you can meet them here, in this article).

Maple sugar, cream, and other deliciousness you can buy
