As we are entering our 2nd year as elderberry farmers, I love when people share all the wonderful benefits of this amazing plant God has given us. Oh & elderberry maple syrup is my favorite!
Oh my word!!! I’ve never thought of this!! I might still have time to try it this sugar season! Tell me more… can i just add dried berries to my hot syrup as I’m bottling it? How many in 1 quart of syrup? Please tell me all the things! 🙂
