So you want to make your own amazing kombucha?

Brewing kombucha can be a simple, easy process, not requiring a lot of gadgets or special things, if you know a few tried-and-true secrets to the process.

All you need to get started is a brewing vessel (which can be a 1/2-gallon mason jar, a scoby (see what I recommend below), some tea, and some sugar. That’s it.

But there are many wonderful products that I’ve tried over the years that I love. (And there were plenty that were poorly made, not useful, or just a waste of my time. Those you won’t find here.)

You’ll love this!

After making lots of mistakes, talking to many experts, and successfully brewing kombucha in my own kitchen for years, I sat down and put everything I’ve learned… including the never-fail secrets and the best tips… into creating Kombucha Academy. Every body who wants to learn to make this amazing fermented so-good-for-you drink should dive into Kombucha Academy.

And I love all of this…

Then, below, you will find the items I use and highly recommend for making kombucha at home.
