At-home coffee supplies

The only coffee I buy

I used to get headaches from coffee, and I avoided it at all costs with coffee alternatives. Turns out, the headaches were coming from the toxins, heavy metals, pesticides, and high acid content in the conventional coffee I was using. I made the switch to shade-grown (low-acid), organic, mold-free coffee, and boom. No more headaches. I’m a full-on coffee lover now.

If you, too, want to make the switch to healthier coffee, my code “soulyrested” will save you $$, EVEN on discounted bulk prices–I always order the 5-pound bags. (It stores well in my pantry in mason jars with the sealed lid linked above or in the vacuum canisters lined above.)

My top favs are:

The Guatemala coffee is my go-to. It has notes of caramel and chocolate and is never bitter. Great for espresso.

The Ethiopian coffee is amazing as well. It’s a bit lighter, sweeter, and fruitier than the Guatemala.

The Papua New Guinea coffee is what I reach for if I want similar notes to the Guatemala, but bolder in darker roast form.

And Pumpkin Spice organic coffee is serioiusly amazing if you’re looking to make the best pumpkin latte (2 TB maple syrup, 2 shots pumpkin espresso, pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon, ice, and 2 cups of milk)
