Maple sap switchel
Ingredients

cups
of maple sap
or tap water is delicious as well
4
Tbsp
grated ginger
3/4
cup
maple syrup
1/2
cup
apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Heat 2 cups of sap.
Remove from heat and steep the ginger for 20 minutes.
Strain out the ginger and mix in remaining sap (or water), maple syrup, and the apple cider vinegar. Enjoy at room temperature or chilled.
