Toast 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats at 350, for 15 minutes.
After oats have cooled, pulse half of them in your food processor briefly, to coarsely chop them.
Place all oats together in a bowl and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Store in a mason jar.
To prepare, scoop a few tablespoons into a bowl and add enough hot water to make your oatmeal the consistency you like.
