Collect flowers and separate blooms from stems, removing green sepal leaves from under bloom as well.
Place blooms in pint jar
Fill jar to top with boiling water and let jar sit, open, on counter overnight or until totally cool.
Strain out flowers.
Add sweetener to your desired taste, typically about 1/4 cup of sweetener for every 1 cup of infused water.
Place lid on jar and store in fridge for 2-3 weeks.
