Ingredients

  • 1 cup flower blooms (see options below)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  • Place blooms in pint jar
  • Fill jar to top with boiling water and let jar sit, open, on counter overnight or until totally cool.
  • Strain out flowers.
  • Add sweetener to your desired taste, typically about 1/4 cup of sweetener for every 1 cup of infused water.
  • Place lid on jar and store in fridge for 2-3 weeks.

Notes

Run your jar under very warm water for a minute before filling a glass jar with boiling water, to allow it to pre-heat and avoid any breakage.
