Balsamic herb vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano chopped
  • 1 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, except oil, in a large bowl.
  • Slowly pour olive oil into mixture while continuously mixing.
  • Serve on fresh garden salad; over cabbage, fish, or turkey; or as a dip for cooked or raw veggies
