Maple Vinaigrette
This simple, easy-to-make dressing is delicious on any toss salad

- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup avocado oil (or your preference)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Feel free to use whatever healthy oil you prefer. Avocado oil is always my first choice, since it's versatile enough to use in every application where I need it. (More info here about avocado oil and other healthy swaps.)

- This vinaigrette will solidify some in the fridge. I just set it out to room temperature an hour or so before I plan to use it. Give it a good shake, and it's ready to use.
