Maple Vinaigrette

This simple, easy-to-make dressing is delicious on any toss salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup avocado oil (or your preference)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk ingredients together.
  • Store leftovers in a glass jar in the fridge.

Notes

  • Feel free to use whatever healthy oil you prefer. Avocado oil is always my first choice, since it's versatile enough to use in every application where I need it. (More info here about avocado oil and other healthy swaps.)
