I almost swiped by but you got me with, “ The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases….
So I continue to read. I too enjoy old things and my 27 yr old grand daughter does too. When she was 5 she told me she liked my “stuff”. She married 2yrs ago and needed she and her husband eagerly accepted when I offered. It warmed my heart. Then I told them to come shop at Mimi’s before retail shopping. They did and it helps us both !!!

I feel the same way, I have kept some trinkets & other things that belonged in another era. Every time i look at a specific item I remember who owned it the story behind it. The generation we have now its get rid of the old things that Mum or Dad might have & show the Grandchildren one day.& thats a shame, now in 2026. Thank you for your post & may God always beside us all.
