I’d like to bake earlier in the day and wondering if I pop it in the fridge after the 8 hours, if I could bake directly from the fridge? Thanks! <p>Yep! Not a huge fan of overcomplicated kneading/stretching methods around here. Especially since &#8220;regular&#8221; kneading can get the job done 🙂</p>
