I love my Mockmill. I am not in a season of life where I have the time or patience for finicky machines. The Mockmill is so simple to get nice, fine flour from every time.

I’ve had my eye on the KoMo mill out of Austria (Mr. Mock’s first company?). Unfortunately they are only on preorder and the wait time is about 6 months. My house is a mixed grain household both gluten free and gluten grains. I wanted the ability to swap out the milling assembly in the KoMo.
I know you have multiple mills. Would you recommend buying 2 if I could afford it?
