In reply to <a href="https://soulyrested.com/make-soda-at-home-diy-dr-pepper-syrup/comment-page-1/#comment-61268">Jo Thomas</a>.

I spent soooo long researching before choosing a soda machine... there are many things to consider. For me, the one I chose was best because it allows me to add carbonation to my kombucha or ginger soda or homemade teas. All other machines only work for water plus their add on refined sugar syrups. At least that was the case when I found mine. But I'm so glad I inspired you! I have a podcast episode coming up next month that you'll love

Thank you for your recipe and helpful information. I also appreciate the recommendation for the soda maker. I have hesitated for so long, not knowing which one would be best. After looking at the Oscevia model compared to others, I ended up with the Soda Stream because it comes with a glass bottle. which was important to me. It also has a SS water bottle for travel that fits the machine (not included). https://amzn.to/3W353p3. I did like the Breville model because of its ability to fizz juice and other drinks but again, it only comes with a plastic bottle. And it was quite a bit more expensive. Thanks again for the motivation to take the time to find the one most suited for me. You're an inspiration!
