Thank you for writing this guide on how to. I have been deep diving into grain mills and milling my own flour. All I need to do is actually get the mill!
I watched one of your other videos of the differences of the machines and it is a hard decision.
Looking forward to reading more posts by you and learning the art of milling and bread making.
