You give the best info! We aren’t a huge PB family but do buy it every so often. I feels impossible to find a clean one that isn’t think to stir which in turn makes a huge mess. Honestly my kids refuse to eat organic PB that has to be stirred! 😂 I’ll have to try this recipe to see how they like it!

In reply to Tina. that's a great question! I did an analysis YEARS ago on on old peanut butter article, but haven't done it lately. My guess is it must be cost effective though, since the ingredients are SO simple?

Cost wise, how does homemade stack up against a good organic? I usually buy Azure Standard organic unsalted- and love it.
Never thought about making my own!
