Either Mockmill will work great for gluten-free grains! The only difference in the 100 and 200 is the milling speed.

Hello. New to this and looking into the MockMill Lino. I am 100% gluten free and wondering whether the 100 grain mill would work for gluten free grains or if the 200 is needed? Thank you!

As of right now, the KoMo is only an honorable mention here because it's one of very few mills I personally haven't test run. I've heard good things, but my one note is that the price tends to be higher than Mockmill for the amount of power you get.

Hi Rivka, I can't recommend a mill based on what baked goods you will be making... it's more about your personal preference honestly. The biggest question to ask, I think, is if you want to mill on demand or mill large batches of flour for the week ahead. But all of these mills in this article do a good job. Also, for wheat berries, I link to my all-time favorites in my Pantry Checklist. You can request that here: https://soulyrested.com/pantry/

No, they will turn oat groats into oat flour (from super fine to coarse) but you'll want an oat FLAKER to make oats, which are more nutritious than steel cut oats... you might like this podcast episode, which explains a lot: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/197-ditch-store-oats-mill-your-own-for-max-nutrition/id1502035061?i=1000737075292.
