In reply to Renee Ferrantino. I really love having ducks. I understand why some folks DON'T like ducks, but you could never sway me otherwise. I would say, if I had to have just one, I'd definitely choose chickens, but thankfully we don't have to choose. :)

I’ve tried duck eggs once and loved the flavor but never thought about what it would do to baking. Once we move out of the city and buy a homestead (so we have space for them), I plan to get a few ducks.
