I’ve just strained my mint leaves out! However the smell is not as ‘minty’ as I’d like. There also seems to be an underlying smell that isn’t necessarily bad, just something else. Am I smelling the vodka?
Could I do another infusion with dried peppermint or spearmint to strengthen the flavor? The mint in my garden has been demolished (by grasshoppers I think) so I’d have to use dried !
