I grew up on an iowa farm and my family lives around there. I love to visit the family farm and think of retiring there in a few years. It would be an adjustment, but I still think of it as home.

I’m not mechanically inclined, necessarily, but I scored about 11/12, for the most part. Now, about the housework……not so much. I’d rather be out in the old barn with my chickens or our cows or out in my vegetable garden, or building some project. I’m certainly not a Better Homes and Gardens housewife!

7 out of 12 and we are already all in on our farm. I do not enjoy barn chores when it’s -50 and windy. I used to cry when I got dirty as a kid – as long as I can shower at the end of the day and we keep the purell in the barn full!
