Jeanette, I have loved that verse for decades… It was my husband’s grandmother’s life verse that gave her deep peace when she was left to live alone after her husband of her youth struggled from alzheimer’s in his old age. I can’t help but think of her sweet, ripe, aged faith and intimate, personal love for the Lord when I read that verse. Thank you for your kind words, which are extra special coming from a kindred spirit. 🙂
